The Rolling Stone magazine makes a big move and puts the risqué Miley Cyrus on the cover! She lays it all out there; the cover for October’s issue is basically a representation of Miley's whole Hollywood transition.

The cover photo shows Miley leaning on the edge of a pool, with her arms crossed over her bare chest showing a fair amount of cleavage. Her makeup includes thick black eyeliner that has been purposely smudged around her eyes, her hair is buzzed at the sides with the signature blonde at the top. Surprisingly, Miley’s tongue is in her mouth and she looks incredibly seductive and sexy.

In the magazine, Miley talks about her controversial VMA performance, her new friendship with Kanye West, the relationship with her parents and her personal thoughts on how the public perceives her. Much to the public’s surprise – Miley doesn’t care what people think. She talks about how many of her career moves were done to evoke a certain reaction and that she is going to continue to live her life however she chooses. Kudos to Miley Cyrus for doing whatever the hell she wants.
